Here is a charming oasis whose reputation is no longer to be done. Praise will never be given to the way in which we conceive of the art of receiving in Cassagne, on the comfort of the rooms and the high-quality cuisine that Philippe Boucher, the former of Blanc and Bocuse, concocted daily. The chef is always very attentive to the beautiful products, his dishes usually refer to the land. André Trestour, head of the hall and cellar, will advise you on the best wine agreements. A summer garden and a beautiful terrace allow outdoor dinners in the summer. And attention will be paid to electric vehicle owners, a free electric kiosk will allow them to recharge their vehicle during meals.

L'Auberge de Cassagne ne nous a jamais déçu, L'accueil est parfait, le personnel en salle est attentif, fort sympathique et de très bon conseil. Les plats sont parfaits et les conseils en vin nous ont toujours satisfaits. Le cadre est superbe, de bon ton, harmonieux. Bref, un plaisir d'y retourner au plus tôt.
