grosse arnaque à la carte banquaire c est bien l hotel qui a validé le paiement à mon arrivée
je connaissais l hotel et pour 51 euros j étais OK car l hotel est vétuste clim qui fonctionne peu mais pour 65 euros il existe d autres hôtels à proximité...
la réponse de l hotel :il s agit d une pré autorisation de 65 euros sauf que j avais réservé sur Booking pour 51 euros par carte bancaire la réception a débité 65 euros soit 14 euros de plus que la réservation si ce n est pas une arnaque c est quoi ?
