At the helm of Renaud Met's, Christophe Renaud is a talented and creative chef for whom cooking is a sharing of emotions. Dishes are shared across the menu of starters and desserts if you want to taste everything. Creamy risotto with celery ball, grilled hazelnuts and smoked raclette or French veal fillet roasted at just the right temperature...
