Semi-gastronomic restaurant with a small terrace and a tastefully decorated dining room offering tempting menus.
This restaurant is a delight in summer and winter alike. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace along the Sorgue (remember to reserve, as it's quite small). In winter and on mistral (!) days, the dining room is tastefully decorated, both sober and plush. Menus are based on classic principles, with fresh produce and attractive presentations. The chef works equally well with fish and meat, and his desserts are full of fantasy. It's true that he doesn't hesitate to borrow culinary techniques from all over the world. A warm welcome.
