Richly flavored modern dishes, the inspirations of a talented chef, in a superb cellar in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
Le Vivier is the starred restaurant of L'Isle under the leadership of Patrick Fischnaller since 2005. Design and elegance for this address overhanging the Sorgue river and whose kitchens are led by Romain Gandolphe. The plate is as contemporary in flavors as in presentation. For the glass, the cellar is superb. The most greedy must absolutely be tempted by the menu of the same name, which is composed of six dishes in tasting picking here and there in the last creations and the dishes of season to the chart. Don't forget to book.
