Patrick Fischnaller and Romain Gandolphe opened Solelh in the heart of one of the world's most famous antique markets. Winner of a Michelin Bib, the restaurant offers attractive set menus for lunch and dinner. A discovery menu is worth choosing, served for the whole table with 2 starters, 2 main courses and a dessert. Solelh lives up to its name, which means "sun" in Occitan: the recipes smell of the South, the atmosphere is cheerful, friendly and without fuss, and the terraces come alive as if in a village square.

Le restaurant est très bien décoré. Moderne et chic. Un plus, la cuisine est ouverte et selon votre place nous voyons la confection de chaque assiette. La cuisine est moderne, bien assaisonnée, utilise des ingrédients sortant du traditionnel. Le service est précis et souriant. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
