THE TEMPLE
Built in 1818, this well-maintained temple is the largest in the Vaucluse region, and one of the oldest too.
The temple was built thanks to the donations of a whole community of Protestants. It stands between the castle and the village. Built in 1818, it is the largest temple in Vaucluse and one of the oldest. Its Greek-style porch is superb. For the little story, its too beautiful presence would have forced the Catholics to raise the bell tower of their church! The pulpit is easily accessible thanks to a double flight of stairs. Admire its monumental organ. The service takes place there every other Sunday, alternating with the temple of Pertuis.
