Lunchtime restaurant offering freshly prepared dishes and Ventoux wines.
Cadre frame and map without length and nevertheless greedy. At L'Ardoise, we prefer the good ambience of a restaurant at midday and the quality of dishes that are cooked minute, so to speak, by Clément Bazin. You can choose between 2 entries, 2 dishes (fish or meat) and 2 desserts. The products are fresh and eat at all stages of the meal, as there are real flavours. On that day, we tested the velvety of the Serrano ham, the swordfish pavement (very cool and cool) on the fennel bed, sauce of the sausage, and we did not resist the temptation of a dessert, in this case a tan cream with a coconut twist. The presentation is careful, and Amélie is very effective in service. We don't expect between the dishes and, at the same time, we love to go to table with the desire, quickly filled, to follow normally and quietly to the coffee. Naturally, wines are mainly from Ventoux.
