Chapel built around 1730 on an early Christian site in Mazan
Rural chapel located 1 km northeast of the village, built around 1730 on an early Christian site. Alongside an ancient Gallo-Roman road, the chapel features a statuette of the Black Madonna, discovered here in 1714 and the source of numerous miracles attested to by a double row of ex-votos. The chapel is only opened twice a year during the pilgrimage: on May 7 and May 21, the pilgrims gather at the chapel and mass is celebrated in the parish church.
