A cuisine with the seasons proposed à la carte in a beautiful place in Mondragon.
The chef proposes a cuisine that follows the seasons. In winter, the main product is the black truffle(tuber melanosporum). He has a passion for this mushroom which was born in his land in Richerenches! It is thus a beautiful place to be initiated with this very particular mushroom because you will be able to choose a dish where it is more or less present. The rest of the menu is just as tempting, and gives pride of place to regional and seasonal products. Finally, the wine list is full of nice surprises... So listen to the chef's advice and let yourself be carried away!

Sacré voyage dans le temps …
Salle désuète à la déco des aquarelles passées, plafond type hôtel des impôts 1979…
Tout date, même les plats, sont pas mauvais mais de saveurs anciennes sans prise de risque ni saveur, et surtout sans fioriture …
Et tout ça a des prix cosmiques du futur
Je déconseille vivement … pas de plaisir
