The chef's choices are based on fresh, local produce, with, of course, a selection of Monteux Truffles. Salmon gravlax, snail cassolette for starters... Charolais beef rib or Royans ravioli with Monteux Truffles... And to finish, we recommend the Coupe Mont Ventoux, to be enjoyed on the terrace in the shade of the mulberry trees. The wine cellar is up to the task.
