A little detour to the Greek islands.
As in the Cyclades, the decor is all blue on white. All that's missing is the sound of the sea! The cuisine here is 100% Greek, with olive oil, yoghurt, feta, fresh or dried herbs... Add well-chosen meat and fish, and everything takes on the flavours of the Mediterranean. Roast beef fricassee with Avgolemono sauce, Tzatziki, peppers stuffed with feta, breaded Salonika cheese... You'll whet your appetite with the inevitable mezzés, small dishes to share with friends. Travel included!
