Discover Chef Alex's refined and inventive cuisine. Enjoy it on the large terrace in the shade of the plane trees. Grilled sea bream and asparagus risotto (in season, of course), pan-fried prawns flambéed with ginger, or a "cochon du Ventoux"... there's plenty to salivate over. Menus are regularly renewed according to inspiration and the season. A small wine bar/tapas area for aperitifs is a welcome addition. Petit épeautre, zucchinis and artichokes are all on the menu, as we're in Le Jardin de la France!
