Julien Moinet, passionate about Japanese cuisine and after having joined Akira Oshima (Europe's star Japanese leader), decides to get into the sushi adventure! In the Julien truck you will find different boxes of quality sushi to be tasted without moderation for big occasions or not. You can compose your own sushi starting with choosing a base: nigri, california, hoso or slim and it's gone! Accompaniments are offered as hot vinaigré rice with sesame, miso soup (soy and vegetable paste)… In drinks: Japanese beers, mango tea, Japanese sake and aloe vera juice. Do not hesitate to take a tour, it is worth it.
