Enzo Ciccarelli is an experienced young chef. He worked in some fine kitchens before taking over at the Grand Hôtel d'Orange. The menu is short, but guarantees fresh, quality produce and creative recipes. Fruit and vegetables come from the Provençal terroir, poultry from the nearby Ardèche and fish from the Mediterranean. As soon as you can, you can sit down on the small square shaded by hackberry trees. For the record, Aurasice is the name of the fortress once located on the Colline Saint-Eutrope overlooking the town.
