La Mousse Gourmande is a magical place in the heart of Provence, in the town of Pernes-les-Fontaines. Jan Hak, a beer enthusiast, welcomes you to this charming mansion to introduce you to exceptional beers. Whether you prefer dark, lager, amber or white, Jan can advise you on a selection of beers from the latest traditional family breweries. As in a wine cellar, you can observe the beer's color and discover its taste, whether it's a double or triple fermentation, a seasonal or special beer. Tastings are by appointment, every day of the week, and last as long as it takes to fully appreciate the flavors. You can also take away the beers of your choice in 33cl, 75cl and even 3l bottles.
