Steamed food and delicious dishes to enjoy in a restaurant in Pertuis.
The concept is interesting, even original. Here, the food is steamed. Contrary to popular belief, this type of cooking does not make the dishes bland and tasteless, quite the contrary, provided that you respect a few rules, have know-how and a knack for doing so. This is precisely the case with Marie and Olivier, at the controls of the establishment, where food is cooked very quickly, without adding fat, in order to preserve all its flavour.
The dishes are excellent and the decoration is simply brilliant. We eat in a neo-industrial environment, composed of vintage objects. The visit alone is worth the detour, but while you're there, you might as well sit down and enjoy this really different cuisine.
