In the Provençal setting of a family house, Pierre Bontoux serves regional specialities: artichoke barigoule, homemade duck foie gras, lamb spoiler, feet and packages (accompanied by the famous "potatoes de Pertuis"), veal kidneys, warm apple cake. It is generally unpretentious but the loyal clientele proves that the house is appreciated and for a chef, it is all that matters, the recognition of his customers. And we are part of it. The most passionate will attend the cooking classes given by the chef.
