Since Christophe Pulizzi took over the kitchens of the Hotel Sevan restaurant, we can only recommend that you sit down at the Olivier. This young chef innovates in every way, in the flavors, in the presentation of his plates and in the proposal to make you discover his creativity if you choose the blind tasting menu with food and wine pairing. Christophe works with ultra-fresh, local products, without distorting them. The attractive formula of the lunch menu is an opportunity to taste gastronomy without spending too much. Es handelt sich um ein durchschnittliches Mittelklassehotel mit einer deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung. Der Pool ist eiskalt (09. Oktober). Die Poolanlage und der große Park sind allerdings toll. Macht im Sommer bestimmt Spaß. Leider wird der Pool offensichtlich im Oktober nicht beheizt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich. Die Dusche ist in der Wanne so bescheuert angebracht, dass man eigentlich überhaupt nicht vernünftig duschen kann. Es gibt zwei Aufhängungen für den Duschkopf. Für die, die eigentlich gut funktionieren würde, ist der Schlauch zu kurz und würde dann auch quer durch die Wanne hängen. Nimmt man die andere Aufhängung, steht das Bad nach der Dusche vermutlich unter Wasser. Also muss man den Duschkopf beim Duschen immer in der Hand halten. Sowas ist kein 4-Sterne-Niveau. Auch die dunklen Teppiche in den Zimmern und Fluren wirken nicht gerade einladend. Sie Zimmertüren sind nicht besonders dicht. Nachts kann man durch die Schlitze das Licht auf dem Flur erkennen. Entsprechend hellhörig ist es hier. Das Frühstück kostet €17,- pro Person extra. Für die Hälte kann man hier in jeder Bäckerei frühstücken. Leider nur 3 Sterne.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à l occasion d un mariage.
Tout était parfait, les chambres sont spacieuses, le parc est magnifique et le personnel au top.

This is not a hotel to stay at if you want to sleep. At night they have a DJ in the garden until 1am, it’s unbelievably loud and impossible to sleep. Lots of people politely asked them to turn the music down so we could sleep but they refused and said by law they were allowed to play loud music until 11pm.
Lovely rooms and nice grounds but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want a peaceful stay and to sleep.
