Since Christophe Pulizzi took over the kitchens of the Hotel Sevan restaurant, we can only recommend that you sit down at the Olivier. This young chef innovates in every way, in the flavors, in the presentation of his plates and in the proposal to make you discover his creativity if you choose the blind tasting menu with food and wine pairing. Christophe works with ultra-fresh, local products, without distorting them. The attractive formula of the lunch menu is an opportunity to taste gastronomy without spending too much. Go ahead from us.

Hôtel idéal avec un bébé, grande chambre climatisée, personnel super aidant (merci Laura).
Piscine immense, jardin hyper propre.
Ça donne envie de revenir.
Seul point négatif, lors de certaines soirées organisées par l’hôtel on entends la musique fort depuis la chambre. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais c’est pas idéal pour les personnes voulant se coucher tôt.
Le restaurant est aussi très correct.
