Maison Plantin, the truffle specialist, has established itself as a supplier of the black diamond to the finest tables around the world. The company sells its black and white truffles, fresh whole, brushed and sorted, canned, broken and in verrines. Truffles also enhance the oils, vinegars, salts and condiments sold in the boutique. Excellent dried morels, chanterelles and ceps are also available. The workshops are open to the public, and the boutique welcomes visitors with a warm welcome, offering expert advice and sharing recipes for sublimating this exceptional product.
