LA PLACE DE L'APPARANT
A place with a special history to visit, animated by fairs and markets, and considered a meeting place for everyone
Village life revolves around the Place de l'Apparent. This square has a very special history: in the 18th century, Mademoiselle De l'Apparent bequeathed the land to the commune, on one condition: that it remain a place for children to play and for everyone to enjoy! Thus, the village square was born. The plane trees date back to the time of Napoleon III. This is where the public washing racks used to be before they were moved to the wash-house. Fairs and markets have brought it to life, and it's still a meeting place for everyone.
