As its name suggests, the restaurant specializes in meat and more particularly in mature Charolais beef. The fish is of course also on the map. And snail lovers will find them all year round in a successful sustainable recipe. For dessert, in summer pineapple carpaccio for example, and then the classics, tiramisu, fruit pies, crème brulées and chocolate mousse. The decoration is in the colours of the sign which is gigantic (impossible to miss the restaurant) with grey, red and black. And the small terrace behind the house is quiet. Note for the amateurs: the fries are homemade!
