A rock at Saignon, offering panoramic views of Mont Ventoux, the Calavon valley, the Montagne de Lure and the town of Apt.
From the top of its 35 meters, the rock of Saignon seems to stand guard over the Calavon valley. From there, you will have a splendid panorama on the Mont Ventoux, the valley of Calavon, the Mountain of Lure and the city of Apt below. Refuge during the invasions, it is dug with wells, rooms, staircases and was used as support for medieval fortresses (ramparts, covered way...). The access to the Rock is done on foot, in 10 minutes.
