Traditional chic cuisine, a friendly atmosphere and low prices are the hallmarks of L'Épine near Vaison-la-Romaine.

Flo and Margot's is like visiting a friend's house. This young couple from Moselle, who previously worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Luxembourg, have just set up shop here, and their table is already attracting a regular clientele. Florent, the very young chef, cooks traditional chic at reasonable prices, and the lunchtime menu is well thought-out, even though the atmosphere is very informal. And Margot, the pastry chef, takes care of the sweets and welcomes you in the dining room. Antique decor, cloth tablecloths and napkins. Nous étions déjà venu lors de notre passage à Malaucène en amoureux et nous avons adoré le charme du lieu, le service impeccable et surtout la qualité du repas. Nous sommes donc revenu pour mon anniversaire et c'était un moment magique une fois de plus. N'hésitez pas !

Conseillé par l'auberge d'Anaïs, la noix de veau accompagnée d'un gratin dauphinois étaient parfaits. Le vin conseillé, un Rasteau (rouge) s'accordait à merveille avec ce plat. Pour terminer, le riz au lait et son biscuit étaient délicieux. Je recommande vivement cet excellent restaurant.
