A traditional Provencal cuisine, dishes with fresh local products offered in a bistro in Saint-Trinit.
Opened under the impetus of the commune, the Bistrot is the real beating heart of this small village. Anthony and Elodie welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. A bistro that breathes life into this village of a hundred souls, but so many tourists in summer! Traditional Provencal cuisine. The chef is committed to working with fresh local produce whenever possible, and the menu features cod lardé with Ventoux pork belly, split pea velouté, lamb charlotte and, on Fridays, aïoli!
