It is an old mansion set in a magnificent park and reinvents itself according to the seasons and inspirations. A must in Sainte-Cécile, the restaurant is elegant and bright. The chef Christophe did his training with Alan Ducasse during which he acquired solid foundations. His cuisine of various inspirations changes every two days. However, he has a preference for working with fish, shellfish and truffles. We tried the medallion of monkfish with condiments and his espuma of peas glazed with mint. Enjoy your meal!
