Once a year, in spring, Chantecôtes invites its customers and Côtes du Rhône enthusiasts to discover the vintage of the year "on vats". In the premises of the Cécilia cellar, tables are set up to welcome about twenty batches: white, rosé and red Côtes du Rhône wines of the current vintage, which will be marketed during the year. This tasting takes place in a special atmosphere, for the first time you enter into "the holy of holies".
