Traditional cuisine in the heart of the village of Sault.

Located in the old town, this is a well-known address where you'll find Provençal cuisine, but also very traditional fare, such as lamb brain fricassee, veal blanquette with porcini mushrooms and even kidneys. Chef Frédéric chooses seasonal produce from the market to play with local flavors. A warm welcome awaits you, and the wine list is full of surprises if you take the time to peruse it on the shady terrace. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Accueil chaleureux dans cet établissement situé dans une rue tranquille . Nous étions 4 . Les épouses ont été enchantées par le toast de chèvre chaud et le papeton d'aubergine . Nous nous sommes régalés avec le menu "abats" : cervelles d'agneau et rognons de veau - suivi de fromage (un gouteux picodon et un bon camembert) . Le tout accompagné d'un Ventoux rouge de bonne qualité et suivi d'un dessert maison .
Les produits sont de qualité . Bon rapport qualité-prix .
