Located in the heart of Sault. A spacious establishment with an interior room made of terracotta tiles, wooden beams and exposed stone walls, a patio, a courtyard at the back with a view of Mont Ventoux and a terrace on Si with all this you can't find a place! The map is correct and the service friendly. Three-course menus, varied and copious. Fresh and tasty products. A couple very attentive to their customers. We have tested the lentil velouté with foie gras and the goat's cheese, fig and basil tart with raw vegetables.

Le service était d'une amabilité rare de nos jours, et les plats étaient délicieux. Avec un rapport qualité prix très bon, et des prix raisonnables sur les boissons (ce qui devient difficile à trouver). Et nous avons été accueillis alors qu'il était 14h passé.
Entrée+plat+dessert à 32€. Plein de choix à la carte.
