Les Lavandes de Champelle, on the outskirts of Sault, to discover lavender growing.

It's a wonderful place to discover all the secrets of Lavender. The Popée family open their doors and tell you all about organic cultivation, the difference between Lavender and Lavandin, the return of Petit Épeautre... and their 50 beehives. If you drop in at the height of the season, you'll be amazed. In the boutique, bouquets and sachets of lavandin, jars of honey, sachets of spelt, aromatic plants... to bring back a little piece of the Provence sun.
