A charming inn where you can dine on dishes and desserts prepared by promising young chef Julie Binotti

Here's a good address for a stopover in this little mountain paradise, in the heart of the Toulourenc valley, in unspoilt surroundings. Julie Binotti, a former student of the École hôtelière d'Avignon, is in charge of the inn's kitchen, and the young chef cooks creatively with local produce. The à la carte menu features pretty seasonal dishes and desserts, as well as perennial favorites that locals keep coming back for: aïoli, frogs' legs and lamb sweetbreads. On Saturday and Sunday evenings, takeaway pizzas are available. The terrace in front of the inn is a welcome addition in fine weather

Pour toutes les personnes qui connaissent et aiment ce village unique et pittoresque, il est évident qu'il est impossible de ne pas s'arrêter boire un verre ou manger à la petite auberge de savoillans ! La vue est magnifique et on y mange bien.
