Restaurant with a terrace that opens onto a piece of garden in Uchaux.
The restaurant is outside the village but it is very well known to the locals because the managers are kind of kindness that is matched only by the generosity of the kitchen. The terrace opens onto a sunny garden, which has nothing to do with the bright dining room, both modern and warm, with an aquarium of circumstance. And yes, the specialty of the house is fish and crustaceans. What is rather rare in the department. And the choice is important: Huître oyster, fine light, Isigny, meal, lobster… The tide of it tells us soup of homemade rock fish, carpaccio of Saint-Jacques, seabream or wolf. Follow the wave and end on a strawberry revisited: more doubt, you will come back.

Du service ambiance et bien sûr les mets
Après un accueil très chaleureux, des plats de coquillages et poisson très frais et succulents se sont succédés sur la table accompagnés avantageusement d'un vin rosé d'une production maison. Le café gourmand du dessert était vraiment gourmand.
La terrasse ombragée et le cadre verdoyant ont contribué à passer un excellent moment.
J'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer la cheffe sympathique, ce qui m'a donné l'occasion de féliciter toute l'équipe. Nous nous promettons de nous revoir.
