Brasserie with terrace offering fresh local produce, vegetarian dishes and burgers.

Fred has been a fixture in the local restaurant scene for over thirty years, and has been at the helm of several establishments. He and his team now welcome you to their cosy brasserie in the heart of town, opposite the town hall. Cyclists and hikers stop here to share a lunch or take their picnic away with them. Our cuisine is prepared on site using fresh, quality local produce, and includes vegetarian dishes and burgers, which you can enjoy on the shady terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room in summer.

Closed from February to April. Open from Friday to Wednesday from 11am to 10pm. Reservation recommended. Menu : about 20 €. Children's menu : 6,50 €. Dish of the day : 12 € (formula from 14 €). Restaurant voucher. Groups welcome (max 40 persons on reservation). Terrace. Take away sale. Animations.

Venant de Toulon, nous sommes de passage et sincèrement, nous avons extrêmement bien mangés. Le service, le personnel, les plats, ... tout était parfait. Je recommande, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Plat du jour très abordable, très belle quantité et excellent. Personnel agréable et lieu très convivial. Petit bémol prix élevé pour un supplément de frites 5€????
Vous pouvez vous y arrêter sans hésiter, et ainsi admirer la photo de georges Brassens aux toilettes.????

Restaurant - Brasserie ouvert tous les jours non stop à partir de 6 heures ce qui est rarissime à Vaison et vous régalent du petit déjeuner au diner , en vous proposant également des crêpes et glaces tout au long de l'année . Leurs sourires est communicatif et engage à rester un peu plus de temps dans une ambiance cosy et sympathique ... mais nous en laissons un peu ????pour que vous puissiez tester la grâce , la gentillesse , et la passion avec laquelle vous serez accueillis pour votre prochaine visite . Merci à Fred et toute son équipe . Vous aimez votre métier et cela se voit !
