Anthony, a native of Lyon, trained for 7 years in several establishments under the Paul Bocuse name. We will find him at the restaurant l'Oustalet in Gigondas. In 2016, he settles in his truck where he proposes creations. Easy to find in front of the Biocoop, he works on the spot with local, fresh, quality products using the maximum of organic. Le Petit Futé has tested the veggie burger (soy steak, tomme de Savoie, gherkins, red onions, and onion confit) and celery soup with hazelnut. Very good value for money.
