Pizza lovers won't be disappointed here. Rudi is a figure in the world of pizzas, yet nothing foreshadowed it; it is by giving a hand to a friend pizzaiolo, that he will work on this new ground. In 2017, he is a finalist at the French Championships by proposing the pizza "carne cruda" topped with tomato sauce, mozzarela, and after cooking add tartar balls, crunchy onions, parmesan shavings and arugula.
