In 2017, he is a finalist at the French Championships by proposing the pizza "carne cruda" topped with tomato sauce, mozzarela, and after cooking add tartar balls, crunchy onions, parmesan shavings and arugula. excellent établissement cosy sympa et tranquille les pizzas sont d’un goût et d’une qualité superbe la façon et préparation autant en pâte aéré légère limite aérienne ainsi que les sauces ingrédients ,fromages à chaud dessus supplanter de mets frais à la fin tout simplement whao !!! enfin allez y vous ne regretterais pas la qualité est là ça c’est certain !
