Restaurant with a chic and modern decoration. A cuisine with Italian-French-Mexican roots.
The place is charming as soon as you walk through the door, with its chic, modern decor. Nicolas is in the kitchen and Adriana is in the dining room and kitchen. The recipes are inspired by Italian-French-Mexican cuisine and feature local, seasonal produce: wild fish, meats and spices from here and abroad, accompanied by dishes from Provence. Try, for example, the beef terrine pot-au-feu style with sweet chili cream(guajillo) or the veal chuck braised with "yucateca". The bread, meanwhile, is baked on the premises.
