Restaurant offering a cuisine that favours fresh and seasonal products, accompanied by a wine list.
In 2019, Amandine and Jérôme took over the Oil Mill located at the foot of the medieval city. Both in the kitchen, they work with fresh, seasonal products from short circuits. A rich wine list of local wines but also of the whole of France is proposed. Le Petit Futé has tested the "Comte de Provence" lamb pastilla with sweet spices, the risotto of small spelt from Sault with green asparagus from Provence.

J'ai offert un dîner pour 2 à mes parents, ils ont été merveilleusement bien reçu. Le personnel est attentionné et très accueillant, le repas succulent et le rapport qualité prix vraiment très intéressant. Une excellente adresse !

Nous venons depuis l ouverture , nous n'avons jamais été déçu. Très bon qualité / prix. Les plats sont excellents et raffinés . De plus les menus sont renouvelles régulièrement. Une adresse à ne pas manquer.

Our fourth time visiting the restaurant since August months: the food was excellent. We wanted a bit of a mix between the 2 menus and this was not a problem. The staff are superb - efficient, attentive, but not pushy in the slightest.
