Restaurant offering a cuisine that favours fresh and seasonal products, accompanied by a wine list.
In 2019, Amandine and Jérôme took over the Oil Mill located at the foot of the medieval city. Both in the kitchen, they work with fresh, seasonal products from short circuits. A rich wine list of local wines but also of the whole of France is proposed. Le Petit Futé has tested the "Comte de Provence" lamb pastilla with sweet spices, the risotto of small spelt from Sault with green asparagus from Provence.

Le calme reposant de la terrasse, le murmure de l'eau du bassin et les grenouilles qui viennent nous rendre visite ne peuvent que contribuer à sublimer ce repas. Les patrons sont d'une simplicité et d'une courtoisie sans faille.
