Very early in the morning, it's the place where companies come and go, and on Tuesday mornings, market day, it's the place where peddlers come and go. It's a little bistro where you can meet up with friends or sit out on the terrace to enjoy the Vaison atmosphere. Sylvia and Patrick welcome you and Patrick is in charge of the kitchen. He offers traditional Provencal cuisine, always of the highest quality, using fresh seasonal produce. He can also recommend the local wine to accompany your meal. Make a reservation.
