Chambette. Take the Mollans direction, in the right, the Southern Braysse hamlet. Leave Notre-Dame-de-Nazareth on the right. Go up to Hameau (traces of archives from the 13th century). From La Chambette, go down to either Toulourenc and Notre-Dame-des-Anges (common of Mollans), or go by Astaud and possibly, by the GR91 to the Col of Comte and  The Mont Ventoux.

From Notre-Dame-des-Anges, from La Chambette (we can get there by car, but the pleasure is different ) we walk goes up the river bed to the pont de Veaux on foot, by the canyons with sometimes more than 1.50 m of water. The experienced ones do agree that to go there early in the morning is the must to do for seeing the nature waking up in the quiet...Possible extension, in other gorges, to the hameau of Saint-Léger-du-Ventoux. It is magical!

To go up Toulourenc is magical! It is a wonderful place full of surprises and freshness, preferably early in the morning or you can observe the many futile one who nest on the mountains that border the gorge.
Bring water shoes.
