Creative Provencal cuisine using fresh local produce, warm setting, pleasant terrace in season
Chef André Speicher offers creative cuisine - tomato gazpacho with lemon basil sorbet or cream of eggplant with chickpeas - but also Provençal specialties such as tomato tart and gardiane de taureau, a dish from the nearby Camargue. The menu is short, with fresh seasonal produce: asparagus in a delicate flan, truffles in ravioli, Carpentras strawberries in tarts or pavlova, Caromb figs roasted in honey. On the wine list, only small local winemakers.

À éviter avec des enfants si ceux ci n'aiment pas la salade ...
L'assiette de charcuterie à 7 euros est une belle arnaque (tant pour la quantité que pour la qualité des produits).
Long: I honestly wanted to give 4 Stars because the formerly said criticism of being quite expensive is true, as well as the lack of parking spots close by. But then there's the whole feeling to it: That's kind of "french restaurant" we wanted: small, on a little pedestrian town place with great lookouts, perfect food, very nice people. All in all it makes for a great experience. Parking is best on the road leading out of town (takes you only a few minutes to walk up to the restaurant)
