Thomas Gallardo has been orchestrating this renowned table with talent for over 18 years. A native of the region, he knows the local produce and producers inside out. With no à la carte menu, Thomas proposes a surprise menu in 3, 4 or 5 courses. For starters, it could be smoked trout, crispy charcoal and red onion pickles, or leek marble with nori seaweed and leek oil in mayonnaise, followed by a revisited onion tart. For dessert, mascarpone mousse. The menu changes frequently, so hurry!

c'est un petit village au bout du Luberon que ce trouve ce restaurant avec parking. Peu de tables il faut réserver à l'avance. Le décor est sympathique façon bistrot, très propre. La cuisine est préparée et servie par le cuisinier lui même et c'est un délice . Il n'y a aucune fausse note et le prix est tout à fait raisonnable
