A gourmet stop-off for those who want to stock up on the finest cheeses selected by Philippe Relave, who works with local farms. Depending on the season, you'll find between 80 and 90 varieties of cheese: comté, morbier, tomme, brie, chèvre, 6 or 7 raclettes, including one with truffles... Ramequin bugiste, cheese platters for aperitifs or meals, local charcuterie and Bugey wines to accompany it all.
