De l'apéritif (maison) au café, tout a été plus que parfait.
Une cascade de mets originaux et délicieux (Canard Col Vert des Dombes d'une cuisson parfaite) jusqu'à la planchette de + de 10 parts de fromages, le tout accompagné de verres de vins régionaux (altesse et mondeuse, inconnus de nous)
Une adresse à retenir, tant pour les mets et vins, que pour la gentillesse et la compétence du service en salle et du vin !
Si cet exceptionnel restaurant n'était pas si loin d'AIX en Provence, où nous habitons, nous y retournerions souvent.
J'oubliais de féliciter le patron et cuisinier pour la gentillesse de son accueil et pour nous avoir fait découvrir sa délicieuse cuisine.
