To make good beers, you need good water - there's no shortage of it around here - energy - in this case mostly produced by photovoltaic panels - and good products. At La Gevrinoise, the brewers have chosen organic products from French agriculture to craft a dozen permanent beers - Blonde, blanche, ambrée and IPA - and special beers: blonde raisin, brune, blonde-cidrée, fumée... Friday-night bar to share good beers, aperitifs and good music in a great atmosphere!
