At Laurent Neufcoeur's, organic beekeeper on the Hauteville plateau, nearly 200 hives give you the best of seasonal honeys. Mountain honey, acacia, chestnut, lavender, fir... all honeys and other products - starting with the delicious gingerbread "pure honey", as well as nougats or melting sweets, lollipops, fruit jellies... And to prolong the happiness, we take root in the gîte La Maison de Pain d'Epices, classified 2 ears of corn by Gîte de France, for 5 to 6 people, in a charming and really restful setting.
