Very disappointed
I signed a quotation dated March 29th, 2016 for the purchase of 2 entrance doors + travelling shutters and 4 windows + travelling shutters. I then signed the order and the contract of “satisfaction” on April 5th, 2016.
The delivery time indicated on my order is from 6 to 8 weeks and arrangement was to be made during the course of June. A first APPOINTMENT was fixed June 27th, 28th and 29th at 8:30, I put 3 days off.
And it is the beginning of a great adventure.......... 8:30 nobody… 9:00 nobody… 9:30 telephone hello we will not come because we did not receive your windows! Prevented too late I lose my 3 days off.
Holiday obligan new RENDEZVOUS taken for August 2nd, 2016. I invite at the end of July to have confirmation “of course Mme we will be as planned”. Indeed the layer arrive including agreed but without the shutters! I recall the dealer who tells me oh yes I had forgotten to tell you but I didn't receive them”. However, no problem of times for its quality nor ask me a new deposit on the shutters. I refuse to pay… it tells me furious by tell me that it is the first time that you do that him… I meet him that also historical importance… the receipt including 30% deposit on the shutters and the full payment of the windows that he has just set and comes to bring it to me at home as the next day. I pay.

first GO taken for the development of the shutters on September 10th, but not from possibility truck breaks down coming home…. Carryforward

3rd GO taken for September 19th, 3 layers arrive as agreed… they unpack the shutters and AGAIN SURPRISED a PROBLEM....... the CROSS-PIECES ARE TOO SHORT… And ½ day of leave of lost.
To date only 1 shutter (my room) could be placed. Without news I traced Tuesday, September 20 to 12:30 to have news. “Ah, I don't understand… the representative came this morning and we recommended the shutters and cross-pieces”… And yes, here we are leave for how much weeks??? the answer: “Do not worry it is customer service and it goes very quickly!!!! It should remind me tomorrow to know what means very quickly.
