Built at the site of the former th century hospital, this building served in the th century. manufacture of weaving, then de fabrique de silk. Transformed into a dwelling house and supplemented by 2 wings by the Director of the farms at the time, the house was sold in 1799 to General Dallemagne, Baron d'Empire, and remained owned by the family until 1997, when the municipality bought the building. It is now a certified municipal conservatory of music and its park, open to the public, is very popular.
